Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle planning, execution, and delivery for enterprise-scale IT initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams
- Monitor project KPIs, budget adherence, and timeline performance using JIRA and MS Project
- Drive agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize team velocity and deliverables
- Manage stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and status reports
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvement opportunities and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with complex IT infrastructure deployments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in agile frameworks, risk management, and budget forecasting
- Proven success managing projects with budgets exceeding $1M
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with enterprise-level tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Asana)
- Demonstrated ability to lead remote and hybrid teams effectively
