Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from conception to delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams (developers, designers, stakeholders)
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira/Confluence
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate client communication and stakeholder presentations
- Maintain PMO standards and process documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with IT/software focus
- PMP or Scrum Master certification required
- Proven experience leading teams of 10+ members
- Expertise in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
