Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML architecture with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed ML frameworks
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent research experience
- Published work at NeurIPS, ICML, or similar tier-1 conferences
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems
- Strong background in MLOps and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP)
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and generative AI
