Responsibilities
- Develop novel algorithms for quantum-enhanced machine learning frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen neural architectures
- Conduct publishable research in top-tier AI/ML journals and conferences
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Translate theoretical models into scalable production-ready solutions
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through hackathons
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced ML research with 2+ quantum computing projects
- Publication record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent venues
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
- Strong background in computational neuroscience and cognitive modeling
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI systems
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act)
