Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026+ technology roadmap for Enterprise AI and Machine Learning initiatives.
- Identify emerging trends in Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing to drive product innovation.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and AI research labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Oversee the budget allocation for R&D projects focused on next-gen automation.
- Develop metrics to measure the ROI and ethical impact of AI implementations.
- Mentor a team of senior data scientists and engineering leads.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, AI/ML, or Product Management.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives in a high-growth tech environment.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Deep Learning architectures.
- Experience in managing budgets over $5M and leading teams of 10+ people.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
