Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical roadmap and architectural vision for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and large-scale neural networks.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and ML engineers to translate strategic goals into technical execution.
- Optimize existing AI models for edge computing and real-time inference environments.
- Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model deployment.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging AI paradigms to stay ahead of the 2026 curve.
- Partner with product leadership to ensure technical solutions align with long-term business objectives.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of leading complex, high-visibility projects from concept to production.
- Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Generative AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
