Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning models, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize model inference latency and scalability for high-traffic production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI product requirements.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to implement novel algorithms and improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are integrated into the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Transformers, and Generative AI architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of taking models from research to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
