Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for the 2026 standard.
- Lead architectural decisions for high-throughput data pipelines and edge computing integration.
- Mentor junior engineers and define coding standards for next-gen AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer hardware.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) for Q3 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust with a focus on performance optimization.
- Proven track record deploying LLMs and reinforcement learning agents in production environments.
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with quantum algorithms or simulators is a major plus.
