Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures focused on long-term viability and performance metrics for 2026.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI models, from prototyping to production deployment using MLOps best practices.
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity, model accuracy, and ethical AI standards across all projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Generative AI, LLMs, and Edge Computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience in building and deploying large-scale machine learning models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions.
