Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops to gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization and automation.
- Create detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications for software development teams.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Perform gap analysis between current state and future state business processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding project status and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
