What You’ll Do
As our Business Analyst, you will serve as the voice of the customer and the technical expert, ensuring our projects deliver maximum value.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews to gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, and Process Flows.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, and Design) to ensure solution alignment.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and present findings to executive leadership.
- Manage the project lifecycle from initiation through to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Perform data analysis to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Experience with requirements management tools like JIRA or Confluence is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope.
