Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to document business requirements and system needs
- Create process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Analyze data trends to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Prepare clear documentation including reports, dashboards, and presentation materials
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) as a team member
- Support UAT testing and validation of implemented solutions
Qualifications
- Recent Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
