Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct comprehensive elicitation sessions with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements accurately.
- Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Documentation: Create detailed business requirements documents (BRD), use cases, and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and IT development teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of agile projects, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI) is required.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
