Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions
- Document requirements, workflows, and system specifications using UML and BPMN
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track performance metrics using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business needs
- Validate technical solutions against business requirements through testing
- Support agile development cycles through sprint planning and retrospectives
- Create financial models and ROI analyses for proposed initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of healthcare or fintech industries preferred
