You'll work directly with stakeholders to define requirements, optimize processes, and deliver solutions that accelerate business growth. This hybrid position includes 2 days/week in our downtown Oklahoma City office with flexible remote work options.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including process flows and user stories
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with proven documentation skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving aptitude
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
