Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive process maps, data models, and user stories using Agile methodologies.
- Perform data analysis to track KPIs and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and business units to ensure clear communication.
- Assist in the creation of training materials and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
