Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Create and maintain detailed process maps, data models, and user stories using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or JIRA.
- Perform gap analysis to compare current state operations against desired future state goals.
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance phases of software implementations to validate business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or process improvement.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and business intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
