Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and requirements specifications
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align solutions with business objectives
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and reports
- Facilitate workshops and JIRA backlog grooming sessions
- Support QA testing and implementation of new systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or tech
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with process modeling (BPMN) and requirements gathering
