Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and goals.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Design and maintain business process models, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize solutions.
- Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates to project leadership.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the technology or finance sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Raleigh, NC.
