Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation: Conduct thorough interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Documentation: Create high-quality documentation, including User Stories, Process Flowcharts, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units, ensuring clear communication.
- Gap Analysis: Perform gap analysis between current systems and proposed solutions to ensure business needs are met.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and verify that solutions meet business requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and provide creative, effective solutions.
