Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for software development and process optimization.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational efficiency.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and UI mockups to support system design.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding key milestones.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and proposed solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
