Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and define functional requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications using Agile frameworks.
- Design and document detailed process maps, flowcharts, and use cases using industry-standard modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to ensure project deliverables align with business goals.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau) and documentation tools (Confluence, Jira).
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
