Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit and document business requirements
- Analyze operational processes to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Create and maintain data visualization dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate JIRA/Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions
- Perform gap analysis between current state and future business needs
- Deliver comprehensive requirement specifications to development teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and process modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and budget
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
