Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience documenting requirements in formal formats (BRD/SRD)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is mandatory
