Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and business opportunities
- Document requirements and translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and reports
- Support UAT testing and ensure solution alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with financial services or fintech
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of translating complex requirements into technical specs
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
