Responsibilities
- Assist in Gathering Requirements: Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Create Documentation: Develop user stories, process flows, and requirement documents using industry-standard templates.
- Support Projects: Collaborate with project managers and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business users.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry standards and competitor activities to provide insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong logical thinking and ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) are essential.
