Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Conduct preliminary data analysis using Excel and SQL to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Participate in workshops and meetings to facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical business units.
- Support the creation of process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Monitor project timelines and assist in tracking project deliverables to ensure milestones are met.
- Research industry best practices to recommend process improvements.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
