Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and data models for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and document business needs
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and ERP implementations
