Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Process Modeling: Create comprehensive process flowcharts, use case diagrams, and wireframes to visualize business processes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and the development team to ensure alignment.
- Testing & Validation: Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Methodology: Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with a focus on root cause analysis and solution design.
