Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and visual dashboards to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present data-driven recommendations with clear, compelling narratives
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Maintain and update project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and process maps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with proven requirements gathering documentation
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries highly valued
- PMI-PBA or CBAP certification a plus
