Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Design and maintain comprehensive process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Conduct data analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Present complex findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables align with business goals and timelines.
- Act as the subject matter expert on system capabilities and recommend best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the finance or technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
