Role Overview:
In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will drive the analysis of business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and project goals.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
- Monitor project KPIs and report progress to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and Tableau.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to translate technical jargon into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
