Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and document specifications
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for executive leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical solutions with business goals
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for operational efficiency
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using agile methodologies
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience documenting requirements using UML/BPMN methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred (CSM/PMP)
- Weekly payroll processing experience a plus
