- Develop test cases and support UAT activities
- Generate performance metrics and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
