Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Excel
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal teams
- Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements
- Perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience (part-time or project-based acceptable)
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and Excel
- Experience documenting requirements using UML/BPMN
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience preferred
- Texas residency required for in-person client meetings
