Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and KPI tracking
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
