Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements using SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using Tableau or Power BI
- Support implementation of new systems and process improvements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in regulated industries
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
