Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements analysis to define clear project scopes and success criteria.
- Process Modeling: Create and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and the IT development team to ensure alignment.
- Documentation: Produce high-quality functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Agile Support: Collaborate with Agile teams to facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a tech or software development environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
