As a key member of our analytics team, you will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that our software solutions meet the evolving needs of the market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Design detailed process flows, use case diagrams, and user stories using industry-standard tools like Visio and Lucidchart.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and desired future states to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks associated with scope creep or resource constraints.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, including BRD (Business Requirements Document) and UAT plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships and driving consensus.
