Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for strategic initiatives
- Translate technical solutions into business-friendly documentation
- Facilitate requirements validation sessions with technical teams
- Support agile project planning through backlog grooming and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or data-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience documenting requirements using UML/BPMN
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies
- BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or related field
