We seek a detail-oriented Part-Time Business Analyst to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. This hybrid role (20-25 hours/week) offers flexible scheduling while driving impactful data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and documentation
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and prioritize business needs
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL/Excel
- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams on objectives
- Validate data accuracy and propose system enhancements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech/finance sectors
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in requirements gathering and process modeling
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder alignment
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
