Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows and user stories
- Leverage SQL and BI tools to extract, analyze, and visualize key performance metrics
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on project deliverables
- Validate solutions through rigorous testing and UAT processes
- Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance sectors
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA highly valued
- Experience with process mapping (BPMN) and requirements gathering
