Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Document functional specifications and translate stakeholder needs into actionable deliverables
- Create detailed data models, process flows, and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to leadership
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports
- Support Agile/Scrum methodologies as a Product Owner proxy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with part-time or project-based work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or CBA) preferred
