Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, requirements, and problems to identify solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks or issues that may impact deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and UI wireframes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
