Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and documentation through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder analysis.
- Translate complex business needs into functional requirements and user stories for the development team.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams, use case documentation, and wireframes using BPMN and UML standards.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure acceptance criteria are met before deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, ER diagrams, and data modeling tools.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
