Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into detailed process documentation and user stories
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements and validate solutions
- Create wireframes and process flows for system enhancements
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for executive reporting
- Document system specifications and conduct UAT testing
- Present findings to cross-functional teams using data visualization techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with contract/daily pay models
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience documenting requirements in Agile/Scrum environments
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful process optimization projects
