Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with daily pay contracts
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables), and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience documenting requirements using UML/SWOT methodologies
- Proven track record in financial services or retail sectors preferred
