Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders
- Develop test cases and validate solutions against requirements
- Track KPIs and provide actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
