- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align teams
- Validate solutions against business objectives and quality standards
- Track project progress and provide clear status updates to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance sectors
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
