As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between our business stakeholders and technical teams. You will identify opportunities for process improvement, gather and analyze requirements, and ensure that our solutions align perfectly with organizational goals. Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements from stakeholders to ensure project scope alignment.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimization strategies.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to drive consensus.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting on project status and deliverables.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing items based on business value and urgency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in gathering requirements and creating detailed functional designs.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
